We always look forward to our annual joint meeting with our sister chapter, AFWA Mesa Easy Valley and welcome all of their members and guests as we host the September Technical Meeting. 

We are very excited to have Erik Oliver with the Cost Segregation Authority join us to present on the benefits of cost segregation and Rick Wittstock with Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc. to present on 1031 Exchanges.

Erik himself holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Acounting from Westminster College. Prior to joing Cost Segregation Authority (CSA), Erik was an operations manager for a multi-million dollar landscaping and design firm in Long Island, NY. Since heading West and joing CSA, Erik has been speaking at local, regional and national events. He brings with him a passion for identifying cost savings and educating commercial real estate owners on the benefits of cost segregation.

Rick Wittstock, from Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc. has over 20 years in sales, business development, real estate and residential mortgages, Rick brings a wealth of vast knowledge and experience to IPX1031®. As Vice President and Account Executive, he offers 1031 continuing education classes throughout Arizona to investors, real estate agents/brokers, attorneys, accountants and financial planners. Rick’s expertise coupled with impeccable service allows him to efficiently and easily guide clients through a seamless 1031 transaction. Rick holds a Business Management degree from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada.
